In making this application you confirm that a) you have no criminal record, b) you will guarantee all work and will fix errors at no extra cost, c) you are ready to receive enquiries now, d) you live in the area you are applying for and are able to provide customers with a good level of local service, including providing quotations at no charge and referring to other reputable trades persons any jobs you do not wish for or cannot do. You also confirm that you now have or will arrange to have liability insurance cover prior to work taking place - insurance can be arranged at cost (i.e. no profit to us) for �117 per year for �1million cover. 
   
Your Statutory Rights and our Conditions of refund: By law, a buyer has certain statutory rights to withdraw from a purchase of Goods. This however is the purchase of a Service in which we undertake an immediate quantity of work for which we should rightly be paid. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations due simply to a change of mind. However you may cancel your ongoing subscription at any time. If within twelve weeks we have not sent you jobs work enquiries requests or invitations to tender of an estimated value that is at least equivalent to the sum you have paid we will refund your subscription fees. 
  
Acknowledgment of our rights: This is a work referrals process in return for advertising subscriptions. As an independent operator you are not covered by our insurance. All liability remains with you and you fully indemnify us against all claims or disputes whatsoever arising from any work that you undertake.

We own a unique system for operating a business designed to provide residential and commercial cleaning services and products. You acknowledge that you took no part in creating or developing, no prior knowledge of, and no rights or claims in or to, any element of the System. You may not duplicate any part whatsoever.  You may not use our Brand images for �The Cleaning Network� or associated marks unless you separately purchase a license to to do and then only for as long as you remain within the network paying the required subscription which may vary from time to time but not at an unreasonable increase. You must remove all brand identity, livery and or logos within 10 days of leaving the Network. Websites and domain names remain our property and in our control.

You agree that any materials loaned or made available to you will be kept confidential by you and will remain our property. You will not disclose, exhibit or reproduce any confidential element of the System which becomes known to you through in any manner, except to those persons employed by you to whom disclosure must be made to enable you to operate. You recognise that all of the existing or future Marks, related practices, systems, procedures and methods are trade secrets that we have made a substantial investment in and that disclosure of these is prohibited. We may alter these terms and conditions at any time and one month notice to end may be given by either party. We reserve the right to decline applications without needing to provide a reason. You have read these terms before purchasing and cannot physically proceed to making payment without agreement.
